The purpose of the meeting is to present the finances of the Union.

These items are normally presented in a standing General Membership but were deferred in the hopes that in-person meetings would be possible. However, we can no longer defer and will now hold this virtually.

Quorum, at least 30 members in attendance, must be met in order for any official business to be transacted (i.e. approval of the budget).

*Audit Overviews will not show actual financial documents. Members can view these in person, by request, at the CSU 52 Office.
