December 8, 2025 - Negotiations are complete after a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed and ratified. The existing Collective Agreement will be updated to reflect the changes as agreed to in the MOA. Once completed, the new Collective Agreement will be posted on this page. The changes in the MOA are now in effect, and the MOA must be read in concert with the existing Collective Agreement, as many articles/clauses have changed.
