Need to activate your web account?

  1. Provide your personal email address by filling out and submitting the below form
  2. Our staff will enter your email address into our system and send you a Welcome email
    • NOTE: For new employees to CSU 52's jurisdiction, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to appear in our membership database
  3. Follow the steps in the Welcome email to set up your password
