This information is intended for CSU 52 members and for managers who oversee unionized staff falling within the CSU 52 Bargaining Unit for EPCOR Utilities Inc.
The Parties have concluded negotiations and have reached a tentative Memorandum of Agreement as of April 9, 2015, subject to ratification by both Parties.
The details of the Memorandum of Agreement will be provided in the near future.
Both negotiating committees are recommending acceptance of the Memorandum of Agreement.
