This information is intended for CSU 52 members and for Managers who oversee unionized staff falling within the CSU 52 Bargaining Unit. This update has been issued jointly by the Company and the Union.
The Memorandum of Agreement that was reached between the parties on April 9, 2015 has been ratified by both the Company and the Union.
The effective date of the new Collective Agreement will be April 29, 2015 unless otherwise specified in the Memorandum of Agreement. Implementation of amendments to the Salary Appendices will be retroactive to December 15, 2013.
The parties are currently in the process of developing a first draft of the final 2014 – 2017 Collective Agreement for review and proofing.
In the interim, a copy of the Memorandum of Settlement reflecting all changes to the Collective Agreement is available on the EPCOR Intranet: For Employees \ My Workplace \ Collective Agreements and in the CSU 52 website (click here).
