Update (2/28/2024): A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) has been ratified by both the Union and Employer. The existing Collective Agreement will be updated to reflect the changes as agreed to in the MOA. Once it is completed, we will post it to this page. The changes in the MOA are now in effect, and the MOA will be read in concert with the existing Collective Agreement.
