EPL MOA Ratification Vote Results

Hello EPL Members of CSU 52,

I would like to inform you that the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) has now also been ratified by the EPL Board of Trustees.

We will begin the process of updating the existing Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to reflect the changes as agreed to in the MOA. Once it is complete, we will post it to the CSU52 website. The changes in the MOA are now in effect, and the MOA will be read in concert with the existing CBA.

As previously noted, we will begin the bargaining process by establishing a new CSU 52 EPL Bargaining Team, and consulting with you. More information on this will come in the fall.

Thank you to all EPL members who participated in the ratification vote on the proposed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

The majority of voters voted YES to accept the proposed MOA.
