EPCOR MOA Ratification Vote Results

Thank you to all EPCOR members who participated in the ratification vote (February 23-28, 2023) on the proposed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The majority of voters voted YES to accept the proposed MOA.

EPCOR will update the existing Collective Agreement to reflect the changes as agreed to in the MOA. Once it is completed, we will post it to the CSU 52 website. The changes in the MOA are now in effect, and the MOA will be read in concert with the existing Collective Agreement.

Additional Information

  • The Union does not share the actual ratification percentage. There was a significant voter turnout of members (79% voted) and it was a very clear and undisputed majority vote.
  • EPCOR will pay retroactive pay to all retirees without the need to apply on the proviso that their information has not changed.
  • Anyone who's not employed now and was during this period can contact [email protected] within 60 days of ratification and they will be paid retroactively.
  • The ratification bonus for the A and ASC streams will be paid to anyone who was employed and eligible to vote on the MOA ratification. The ratification bonus will not be paid to former employees.

EPCOR's payroll department has quite a bit of work ahead of them to calculate retroactivity and the new pay grades. Please be patient.
