Capital Power MOA Ratification Vote Results

Thank you to all Capital Power members who participated in the ratification vote (November 25-29, 2022) on the proposed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The majority of voters voted YES to accept the proposed MOA.

Capital Power will update the existing Collective Agreement to reflect the changes as agreed to in the MOA. Once it is completed, we will post it to the CSU 52 website. The changes in the MOA are now in effect, and the MOA will be read in concert with the existing Collective Agreement.
